What is ETA - IL?

Starting January 2025, travel regulations for Israel have been updated. Visitors from visa-exempt countries must now obtain an ETA-IL (Electronic Travel Authorization) before entering Israel. An approved ETA-IL allows travelers to visit and stay in Israel for up to 90 days per visit.

All travelers must hold either a valid visa or an ETA-IL approval before beginning their journey. For eligible travelers, applying for an ETA-IL is a quick and straightforward process. Read more

Note:Israeli citizens and holders of an Israeli identity number are not required to apply for an ETA-IL.

What is eVisa - B2?

The eVisa-B2 is Israel’s new online visa system designed for travelers from countries that require a visa to enter Israel. It allows applicants to apply electronically for a B2 visa — intended for tourism, family visits, or short business trips.

This digital system makes the visa process faster, simpler, and more convenient. Once approved, the eVisa-B2 is delivered directly to the applicant’s email, which can then be used for entry into Israel in accordance with Israeli immigration regulations.
